Fully automatic Wafer code reading and labeling equipment

ATL2000 automatic wafer marking machine is used to identify WaferID and reconstruct label information after dicing. Wafer is imported into the equipment from the material box, and the equipment automatically identifies the wafer lithography code and uploads it to the production management system. The wafer information and other production information are distributed by the system, printed on the label by the equipment, and pasted to the location specified by the customer. The labeled wafer is re-introduced into the material box for subsequent process. It is applicable to wafer ID identification and printing labeling process after dicing 6-12-inch wafer.
